What’s at the Fun Fair?
Saturday, June 13: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Earl Beatty
This year, we’ve got a great mix of returning favourites—like the giant bouncies, photo booth, reptile zoo, facepainting and silent auction—along with some exciting additions, including carnival games, zap-a-mole, airbrush tattoos, a 50/50 draw, a toddler bouncy, and a wide variety of games (with prizes!).
Earl Beatty’s annual Fun Fair is one of the biggest fundraisers and the biggest event that EBSAC holds. The proceeds from the Fun Fair go to enhancing student wellbeing and contributing to things like school buses for field trips, books for the library, indoor and outdoor recess equipment, grade 5 & 8 graduation celebrations, ukulele program, and other school/parent requests. It’s also a great way to celebrate with our community the end of the school year.

Skip the lines and purchase by June 3 and get early bird pricing!
- $18 per child (ages 3+), $20 at the door
- $5 per adult
- FREE for children 2 years and under
Order food from local vendors Pizzioli, Fire It Up BBQ, and Samosarie. Ice cream, popsicles and baked goods available for purchase on the day-of. Limited food available on the day—pre-order recommended.
Wristbands, food and 50/50 tickets will be sent home via backpacks the week of the fun fair.
Volunteers & Sponsorships Needed
With more fun attractions comes a greater need for volunteers! Please consider signing up for a shift and encouraging others to join as well — especially students in Grades 6–8.
Do you own a business? Sponsorship opportunities, including contributions to our Silent Auction, are a meaningful way to promote your business while supporting our school community.
This year, class baskets have been replaced by a 50/50 raffle! But we are still accepting items for our silent auction and other activities!
